By the age of 27, Elissa Ashwood was a VP of Finance at Citibank and a mom. Her leadership experience includes roles as a Finance and HR executive at Fortune 100 companies, as a McKinsey & Co. consultant, and as principal of Strategy 42. Ashwood holds an MBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Rochester, and a BS from Trinity University.

Her success in developing leaders and improving the performance of some of the best organizations in the world makes her a valued career and management advisor. She gives clients the confidence to make innovative choices in the context of rigorous business acumen for outstanding results.

Ashwood is also known as a role-model of work-family balance, rethinking how to achieve hardcore career success without giving up the best parts of personal life.
