Registration and Cancellation Policy:

• Pre-registration is encouraged for all events.
• Event registration must be paid by credit card in advance.
• Cancellations received within 72 hours of the event will be charged the full registration fee.
• A refund is available if cancellation is made more than 72 hours prior to the event. After that time, no refunds will be made.
• Refunds will be made by PSAE check.
• No shows will be charged the full registration fee.
• At the door registrants on event day are accepted based on availability. We strongly suggest that you pre-register or call in advance.

At the door registrants on event day must present a check for the full registration price plus $5.00 late charge.
